White/Brown Gingham Bustle Skirt

The skirt is made of 1/4" and 1/8" chocolate brown and white gingham and brown cotton broadcloth. It is lined in white cotton broadcloth, and accented with white satin ribbon. The skirt has side zip closure back corset-style lace up and drawstrings in the back that create the bustle. The underskirt is brown cotton broadcloth, also lined, with a 1/4" ginham ruffle at the bottom. It has fully elasticized waist.
