Navy/white Pincord Dress and Hat

This dress is made of navy and white pincord with a full skirt, side pockets and elasticized back. The hat is made from the same fabric and grossgrain ribbon trim as the dress. Both feature a navy and white anchor applique. This will be worn to my cousin's wedding June 10, 2006.
